Hello! I have a Legion 5i with rtx 2060 6b, i7-10750h and 16gb ram. All my games kept crashing after playing for 10 minutes or so, sometimes the crash just shows an warning but other times i see a black screen (video here). I updated all my drivers and did some stress tests, but they didnt show any hardware problems and it's driving me crazy cause i have no idea what to do. Is it possible to have a hardware problem even if the tests doesnt show anything?

After trying all type of things, even a clean windows installation, I decided to clean my fans and change the gpu/cpu thermal paste (cause I havent change it since I bought the laptop 3 years ago). It did got a little better after that but mostly because I also decided to do a gpu and cpu undervolt. Now I can play for like 1 hour max until the game crashes again. The thermal paste i used was the TS Cold.

Can anyone help me? I tried everything I've found on internet but the problem wasn't solved. Also, I called the laptop service and they just said I needed to do a full cleaning (?), after talking with me for 10 minutes. No diagnostic process, and they didnt point out the root of the problem, just offered me a price that is too expensive for my broke student ass :(:( I'm sending the HWInfo stats and the game warnings.

I'd be really grateful for any help!

Hey Vanessa, i'm also brazilian too, i had a Legion with the same behavior, let me help you as i can, can u say me an email where i can talk about It in a better way, in our language, etc?
