Graphs are rendered incorrectly if a value with decimal places is used as the maximum value

In the screenshot you see two things that are wrong:
1. A value of 0,715 V should be less than half of the graph when the max value is 1,5 V
2. 1,248 V should not hit the top of the graph when the max value is set to 1,5 V

I am using , as decimal seperator and . as thousands seperator in the settings.

Are your Regional settings in Windows set to the same separators?

Yes they are the same. They look like this and I never changed something in this dialog.
