How do I use the Gadgets that get info

I downloaded the HWINFO MONITOR gadget but don't know how to get it to run under Windows 10 Insider edition.

Windows 8 & 10 no longer have a Windows Sidebar platform.  This was only available in Windows Vista & 7.

There is a third party tool called 8GadgetPack that adds the sidebar back so you can add gadgets.  This is what I'm using to test.
