HWiNFO 4.48 - MSI GTX 970 Gaming - No reading of Fan Speed

I think I discovered what was going on. My msi gtx 970 is a semi passive and up to 62 degrees Celsius without circling fans and then just does not read the hwinfo. When I manually cranked rotation speed readings appeared. Just line with turnover hwinfo disappears and it bothered me. It might be worthwhile to leave this line if it is the only possibility readings could indicate 0 rpm and 0% Fan Speed.

Well, the problem is that there are many sensors which when they return 0 you don't know if the sensor is currently measuring a 0 value, or it's not present at all.
Thus HWiNFO treats all sensors returning 0 as not present until they start showing a non-zero value.
