HWiNFO 64 7.73 beta not showing up?

Hi everyone

First post here!

Every time I load HWinfo 64, I get an alert to update to Beta 7.73 beta

I am currently running 7.72

When I click on the alert box, it takes me to the website, I navigate to UPCOMING CHANGES under VERSION HISTORY, and I click "Download pre-release: v7.73, Build 5370", but it ALWAYS just downloads 7.72?

What am I missing?
