HWinfo stopped working after recent Windows update

All of a sudden, after the most recent Windows update, HWinfo64 is not working anymore on my system, please see the attached screenshot.

I checked all of them and only Core isolation/Memory integrity seem to be the reason, but I don't want to disable Memory Integrity as it was on by Windows' defaults. Also, it worked before with Memory Integrity ON.

You have build 25931 which should be the 23H2 insider preview/beta.
Microsoft didn't inform us about such blocking/restriction so I assume this might be a temporary issue that will be fixed in a future build.
