Observation - when starting hwinfo64 from the console through hwinfo64lauuncher, always with the exception of launch through the start /b command (at the same time, CMD is turned off CTRL -C processing). You can use the same technique that I use to launch the independent CMD consoles (if the consoles are launched by the general parental process, then switching the input language in one automatically switches it in all, even when the new console is launched via Start /I) - the starting script starts utility hidcon-x32 /hidcon-X64 by andrew-grechkin. She launches a new independent hidden console (hidcon-X64.exe /detach) from which the script by the start /i command launches the program - there is no flicker, input languages switch independently.

Notes: is also tested in to Win7 SP1 x64 and HWiNFO64 v7.73-5385 Beta.

Example included real used launcher in to tarball (container Tar compressed xz) un to 7-Zip archive and simple decompress use 7-zip, Rar, tar -xf Far3-x86_x64-startup-bin.tar.xz (also can use bsdtar)....
