HWiNFO32 v3.90 and HWiNFO64 v3.90 available.
Changes:
  • Improved sensor monitoring on multi-threaded systems.

  • Added preliminary support of Ivy Bridge-EP/EX.
  • Extended new clock measurement method to AMD 10h and 15h families.
  • Enhanced NVAPI GPU fan speed monitoring.
  • Minor bugfixes and improvements.
  • Added support of XMP 1.3.
  • Added AMD PITCAIRN XT/PRO, WIMBLEDON XT.
  • Improved reporting of GPU Memory clock on later AMD GPUs (R700 and above).
  • Raised sensor limits.
  • Added reporting of system memory usage in sensors.

Is it a constant -1% all the time? Can you please attach a screenshot so I can see the other values as well?
Please try HWiNFO64 if it shows the same problem.

Doesn't work on Seven x64 SP1. It hows -1% or something like that.
Running hwinfo32.exe. Should I run x64 instead?
 
I'm at work now, I'll do it in 8 hours from now.
At work x32 version shows memory OK.

But at home I have only Virtual memory Usage row and it shows constantly -1%.
But we'll talk later. :)

I checked more on this matter and it seems it's not possible to get this information on 64-bit systems from a 32-bit application like HWiNFO32.
I'll fix HWiNFO32 not to report this invalid information on a 64-bit system.
Running HWiNFO64 should report correct memory usage on a 64-bit system.
 
Yup, everything looks fine. Thanks man, I really missed RAM usage in my OSD screen during games.
