Yes, unfortunately. A proprietary DELL method used to read additional temperatures and fan speeds was causing the BSODs. So the only solution was to disable it entirely.
I believe this is a BIOS issue, maybe a BIOS update might fix this...
I do update my BIOS and nothing changed. In fact I had already the latest version. But I updated. Dell BIOS is crap. It's not letting you manipulate fan speed.
