Is this Thermal Throttle message wrong?

Hi,
I have an i7-13700K, and during cinebench test, it showed me thermal throttle, but max temp was only 87, so it's not suppose to thermal throttle.
Is the thermal throttle indicator is just a mistake?

That shouldn't be a mistake, the CPU really reports it.

Thanks a lot for you're answer.
Do you maybe know why, as can be seen in the image -
p-core 7 throttle at 86°C,
but at the same time p-core 5 didn't throttle at 87°C?

I should add that I've set PL1 to 160, and PL2 to 180 watts. Don't know if it caused this.

I was wondering about the same and the CPU seems to have Tj,max = 100 C.
I'm afraid I don't have an explanation for this.
