I've been having random thermal-throttling-looking performance drops in the last month so I dumped some info in HWiNFO64 when I was having the issue. Here's the diff of both dumps:
(- minuses are problematic dump, + pluses are normal dump)
I'm suspecting power braking but I've never really seen my temparatures go up that much. This happened like 4 times since the last month. Only happens when playing games for a while. After the problem, even Windows starts struggling to do stuff, such as alt+tabbing or opening file explorer.
