License - 5 Computers

Hello,

it mentions in the license that
"For non-commercial/private use only. Each license covers 1 user and up to 5 computers."

does that mean if i upgrade up parts 5 times, I will be able to retain my license? (ie gpu, cpu, ssd, gpu, cpu etc).

or there is no such policy about changing parts (within a year) voiding license

It's meant for 5 different computers. So if you just upgrade a part of the computer, it's still the same one and same license.
