Lost connection to GPU power reading?

Occasionally the GPU power which I custom colored as purple turns gray and and no longer gives correct power readings. Is this an issue with the GPU?

This value is read from the GPU via its drivers. So try to upgrade GeForce drivers if that will help.

I think I've experienced this over a few of the latest Nvidia drivers now, it just happens occasionally and restarting HWiNFO seems to correct it. It happens a lot when I run benchmarks such as Heaven. Could the EVGA PX1, MSI Afterburner software's and HWiNFO be conflicting?

For the GPU Power value this should not be affected by other applications. My guess is that this is some issue in drivers.
But you can always try to run without other tools and see how it behaves then.

I will keep an eye on it. Might report something to the Geforce forums too.
