lost sensor from ite chip (CPU Temp, CPU Fan)

This happen if i enabled the igp and set vsoc to 1,3xxV (otherwise system unstable). If vsoc set to auto , then those sensor appears and read normally (on BIOS and on Windows).
This is weird anyone can explain this why, i thought those sensor just read temp and fan rpm?

Try to Reset Preferences in HWiNFO if that helps.

CPU temp and CPU fan (rpm) shows up, but gives static value (same as in BIOS)

when vsoc set to auto, cpu temp and cpu rpm gives no static /flat value when running cpu burner..

same happens to Aida, Bad BIOS programming then?

any recommendation app that can control CPU Fan RPM according to CPU Tdie ? or HWINFO64 can do that?
