I seem to be missing the charge rate field where it shows the battery discharge. Tried reinstalling but the field was still missing. It used to show up on my old laptop that I used. I was wondering if there's something I'm missing? Using a ryzen7 4700u processor HP envy x360.

If this parameter isn't shown then it's either reporting 0 or the battery management of the notebook doesn't support reporting it.

I have a solution to your problem. You need to change a setting in the BIOS. Press F10 while booting, go to configuration and enable "Battery Remaining Time". Then save changes and exit. Now the charge rate sensor and the remaining time will appear in hwinfo :)
I'm using the HP Envy x360 with a Ryzen 5 4500U.

Year later but THANK YOU!! My HWinfo sensor readout was missing this sensor, and Battery Bar v.3.6.6 would report the charge rate as "0 mW".

Activating BIOS "Battery Remaining Time" which for some reason was disabled on my factory reset HP Pavilion laptop fixed the issue with BOTH HWinfo and Battery Bar. Now I get my charge rate reported for both! Very useful when using Anker chargers and figuring out how much juice my laptop is actually getting :)
