MSI Z390 Ace PCH sensor not showing temperature

It looks like the PCH Thermal Device isn't properly initialized and hence it doesn't report thermal data.
This is usually a problem of BIOS, so try to upgrade it if that will fix it. You might also check in BIOS if there's some option to enable PCH thermal management/device.

I have a similar problem. With enabled " Enable PCH Thermal Device" . Other programs works fine (AIDA, Argus ). AIsuite3 is deleted.

I think you have disabled monitoring of the ASUS EC sensor when you got the initial warning in HWiNFO. Hit the Ins key over the ASUS EC heading, that will enable it.
thx! but I expected the program to show the temperature of the pch somewhere other than in Asus EC
