I think that the hwinfo don't read well the ncp81022 from sapphire rx580 pulse.

The hwareinfo says that my motherboard at gaming has 12=11.8 voltage but GPU vrm goes 11.1. If this was truth the machine will shutdown.
 
That's what the VRM measures internally and reports. I have double-checked this and HWiNFO reports it properly.
