Need help understanding logs during crashes

Hi, I'm new here and hoping this is the right place to post :)

I'm having repeated crashing issues with my computer (hard reset) during high demand gaming sessions. I managed to have HWINFO logs running during the crashes, and have attached them here (the logs end upon crash), but beyond checking temps (which I think are fine), I'm not sure how to interpret them.

Here are my specs:

Ryzen 7 5800X3D
32gig corsair DDR4 @ 3200mhz (4x 8gig sticks)
MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI (MS-7C91)
EVGA Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080
EVGA 750W G2 PSU
M.2 NVME windows drive
SSD game drive

My computer is not overclocked in any way, and I have a fractal case with 4 120mm fans, and a dual fan CPU cooler to boot.
I DID however, through ensuring OC was off, realize that my RAM was set to 2400mhz freq, when in fact its rated for 3200mhz. I don't think having the freq set low would cause crashes, but thought it worth mentioning anyway. I have since set the XMP profile to put it at 3200mhz freq (everything else is on auto).

Things I've tried:
HCI Memtest (no errors)
Memtest86 (no errors)
Replaced motherboard
Re-seated CPU
Re-seated GPU
Tested Hard Drives for errors (found none)
Reviewing event log (Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation)

Note: I've attached one file, the second is much larger/longer time period and is too large. Is there any way to shorten the log file? Tried deleting rows but that prevents the log viewer from being able to read it.

Thank you so much for any help. this has been going on forever and is such a headache!

UPDATE: Turns out the crashes were a result of a 3rd party cable extender I had going from my PSU to my video card...*facepalm*
If anyone else is having issues like these, and you have 3rd party cables, try getting rid of them.
