No memory modules info on HP 745 G6

Hello,

as thread title says, I`m unable to get memory information on HP 745 G6 notebook.
attaching screenshot, .htm and .dbg file
please can you look at this and get this solved (if it is possible to solve)
if anything needed, please let me know, thanks!

This is most probably because the system doesn't contain memory modules with SPD (might be just directly soldered chips) or some protection mechanism which blocks access to SPD and hence it's not possible to determine details about memory modules.
You can however view some details about the modules as defined by BIOS in the SMBIOS DMI sections under Motherboard in the main window.
