Power Reporting Deviation (Accuracy)

I was hoping someone could give me some insight on the Minimum Power Reporting for my CPU. Could this cause games to crash and freeze as well. I do have auto overclocking on in BIOS along with the AMP for my RAM as well. Thank you in advanced.
