On HWINFO, the info for the power reporting deviation makes a note of the value not really mattering if you've applied any offsets or overclocks on your chip. However, I have PBO disabled in my BIOS. Can the PRD value still be dismissed under this condition? I'm on a 3900x and an ASUS X570-E Gaming board, and the lowest I've seen was 92% while my CPU usage was around 90-95%.
