Processor Icc values in HWInfo64

Hello,

I'm a newbie trying to OC his PC without any success whatsoever. even the intel XTU optimizer fails at stress tests etc.

So I'm trying to figure out one value by one starting with the current.
So, Where / how can I view the current ICC value of the CPU during a stress test in order to set a IccMax value?

This value might be visible only via the VRM if that VRM can be monitored.
