Question about WHEA

Hi,
What is defined as "Windows hardware error"? For example, If the CPU has inadequate connection to the pins on the motherboard socket, will errors of that kind will be reported in HWinfo?
Thx.

WHEA are recoverable errors, not fatal ones that result in a system crash. Insufficient pin connection will in most cases lead to system unable to boot at all.

Thank you. I read that some pins on the socket are more important than others so I thought that maybe there is a situation where the machine can still boot and operate even if not all pins are touching or maybe some of them are broken/ bent. It would actually be a good news to me if this is not the case :)
Can you give an example of "Recoverable error"? Memory errors maybe?
