I read that some pins on the socket are more important than others so I thought that maybe there is a situation where the machine can still boot and operate even if not all pins are touching or maybe some of them are broken/ bent. It would actually be a good news to me if this is not the caseWHEA are recoverable errors, not fatal ones that result in a system crash. Insufficient pin connection will in most cases lead to system unable to boot at all.
Signal integrity issues on PCIe lanes for example.Can you give an example of "Recoverable error"? Memory errors maybe?
