This system is most likely using soldered-down memory chips without DIMM/SPD, which is quite common for ultrabooks/slim designs. So detailed memory module information is not possible.
You might check in main window under "Motherboard->SMBIOS DMI->Memory Devices" for some basic memory module information, which is however determined by BIOS and not always guaranteed to be accurate.

Thank you. It does indeed show Samsung PC4-2400 memory in dual channel arrangement. (4GBx2)
