Ram Temps on HWinfo

Hi guys,

I want to check ram temperatures.
On HWinfo, under DDR5 DIMM, there is something called SPD Hub Temperature.
It says this is usually the temperature for the memory module PCB.

I think its an indirect measurement but still pretty close and reliable?
Is this what i should look at for temperatures around the memory area?

Yes, this is the best you can get. It's the temperature of one of the chips (SPD Hub) on the DIMM module.
