Read Task Manager Processes App's Memory Usage?

This may be a silly question, but I don't mind looking foolish in the of chance it is possible to implement.
Is it possible to have HWiNFO read a Task Manager's Processes' App's Memory Usage in the Sensor Panel, so I may grab the value to plot it?

Sorry, but such information would significantly inflate the already huge amount of information that sensors are listing.
On the contrary, many users start to ask to reduce the existing amount.

Sysinternals Process Explorer and Process Hacker already plot a nice graph of the CPU and memory usage of processes, although they must be running (in the background) to do so. Take a look at the process properties to see them.
