Reduce HWInfo System Load - How To?

Good morning,

I would like to use HWiNFO to monitor only the CPU temperature and manage automatic alerts in case of above threshold.
Since no other information are needed and with the goal of reducing the system load of this app, I have "hidden" the unnecessary.
Is this enough or should I disable the sensor OR unregister the sensor (or both) to reduce the load?
What are the differences between these two options?

It's enough to high all sensors not needed including their heading.

You mean that is enought "HIDE" the not needed sensors?

Hide as well, but it's sufficient to just Disable Monitoring.

Thanks Martin. I have already hide all the sensors and keeped only the 2 ones that i need to show and monitor.
So if i understood well in this way im using the cpu resource necessary and no extra ones.
If you suggest me also to disable monitoring (if make sense) i need to un-hide the sensors, disable, and hide it again.
