Serious heat problem

hello friends. I have got a high CPU Temperature reaching sometimes 118 Celsius
My laptop is HP Envy Dv7 . Amd A10-4600M
I'm not sure what the problem is , I have uploaded three pictures showing the reseult and analysis of my Laptop . Please Help

I think the CPU 0 Package value is invalid and it's probably due to a faulty temperature sensor in the CPU as described here: http://www.hwinfo.com/forum/Thread-CPU-Core-Temperature-Measuring-Facts-Fictions
