SSD Resets Between Command Acceptance and Completion, Hardware Resets and Interface CRC Errors

Hi Guys,

Do you know what means to have high number of Hardware Resets, some Resets Between Command Acceptance and Completion and a few Interface CRC Errors on a SSD hard drive?
I have a Samsung S50 computer with Windows 10, and right now I'm having some blue screen errors but I can't find out the solution.

Right now my stats are:

---
Number of Hardware Resets: 4993
Resets Between Command Acceptance and Completion: 123
Number of Interface CRC Errors: 10
