Stuck on Analyzing Memory Configuration

Hello,

I tried using HWINFO64 for the first time on my PC and ran into this issue.

I could not remember installing softwares like rgbfusion or icue that might interfere with the scanning process (The only thing that I could think of was the AMD chipset update that I installed).

Attached is the debug file (there might be Chinese characters in the file since my system was running in Chinese).
