temp - how high is too high

Been reviewing previous threads and dont see anyone with temps showing as high as this lapto
Attaching the output
And Im not even sure what parameter I should be concerned with

This laptop is running windows 8
HP Pavilion g7
4 gb ram
Hard drive has 485 of 569 GB free
HP Coolsense was enabled (I just disabled it to see if it helps, this laptop is on a desk all the time and never moved)

Its always been slow since new, and lately very slow

My wife finally got pissed off enough to make me try and figure this out.
The vents were dusty, I cleaned them and a dust cloud came out!  These readings were taken after I cleaned the vents

Any suggestions to help speed up this machine are greatly appreciated

I don't think the temperatures you see are real. This is because many recent AMD CPUs don't return correct temperatures as described here: https://www.hwinfo.com/forum/threads/cpu-core-temperature-measuring-facts-fictions.148/
