Temperature vram

Hi, i downloaded this software but i don't find the temperature of the vram of my GTX 1650 ti in a hp Pavilion gaming 16-a00xxx. I see only the temperature of the GPU and the hottest point of the GPU. How i find the temperature of the vram that i have overclocked?

This is possible to read only for GDDR6X memory.

OK thank you. since i have overclocked the gpu, how do i check that it is not breaking? just see the hottest spot on the GPU?

The GPU cannot "break" from exceeding temperature limits. It has protection mechanisms that will start throttling and if that's not enough it will shut down.
