What is that temp ? temp3,4,5,6 ? why there is too high ? when i touch south bridge ,there not hot..precisely not 100 and on subsystem power supply too.

Temp3-6 and the first "Motherboard" value are most probably erratic and come from not connected sensors on your mainboard.
Don't worry about them, you can ignore it and I'll remove those from reporting in the next build.
