Turion 64 X2 TL-56 second core temp stuck at 60°

I have this old notebook with fan spinning almost always, I see in HWINFO acpi temperature that the temperature of second core of the cpu is stuck at 60°.

The question is why it's not reading correctly.

I'm not sure why exactly, but it could be a BIOS problem, or the second value can mean some thermal margin for the system.
