I'm having an issue with trying to parse the hwinfo generated csv delimited logfile using telegraf. I worked with their team to localize the problem being caused by the encoding being set during the file creation to "ISO-8859". Is there a simple way of specifying the encoding of the file as UTF8 instead ?
