I am using an AW m17 and I can't seem to use the manual fan control options that I can see in many videos. My computer runs hot as hell and on the alienware control centre it doesn't turn the system fans to 100% even using the performance profile and I can't seem to control it from there so I downloaded this to try to control it but I can't and I really need help.
