Hello,

I'm trying to diagnose why this is happening.... My system specs are listed below. I have polling enabled and most of my Aquacomputer devices range from (300-900ms). Is this what's causing the issue? HWinfo64 is basiclly unusable at this point. Any time I try to do anything the program goes into a "not responding state" and takes 3-10 seconds to recover. Is there anythign I can do to help things?

13900KS (SuperCool Direct Die)
ASUS Z790 APEX
Gigabyte RTX4090 Gaming OC (Bykski W/B)
G.Skill Trident Z5 DDR57800 (SuperCool DDR5 copper blocks)

Cooling Solution:

Aquacomputer Aquero 6 Pro (USB Internal header)
Aquacomputer D5 Next (USB Internal header)
Aquacomputer High Flow Next (USB Internal header)
Aquacomputer Vision (USB A Desktop)

3x360 MM Heatkiller-L Rad
1x240 MM Heatkiller-S Rad

Here is a screen shot of what happens. The whole screen locks up and freezes.... Then is states (Not Responding) and eventually recovers in 5-10 seconds..... This happened from just moving the window with the mouse...

Accessing those Aquaero sensors takes excessive time but it should not lead to such unresponsiveness.
Are you perhaps running also the Aquasuite software? Those delays might be caused by a conflict between HWiNFO and other such software.

Hi,

Thanks for the quick response. I don't believe it was. Aquasuite has a service that must be installed and you can see the "Profile Selector" in my taskbar, however, the main application is always "closed". With that said I have a few "profiles" built into Aquasuite that control fan/pump configs.... I'm not sure if that could be causing an issue? Or perhaps there is a setting in Aquasuite that needs to be enabled to speed up communication?

Try to run without Aquasuite or stop its service just to see how it will behave...

Then try to disable monitoring of one of those sensors (hit Del key over the heading). Pressing Ins will enable it back.
