VMWARE bug

opening hwinfo when vmware is running takes too long about 10 minutes, harddrive activity led will lit untill hwinfo is done loading
this does not happen when there is no vmware running.
is there anything i need to disable to solve this problem?

When HWiNFO starts and displays "Detecting...", which phase does take so long ? Is it maybe "Flushing buffers..." ? If yes, this can be disabled in HWiNFO settings.
