What is: "CPU-Gehäuse"/ "CPU Die (average) Temp. is 120° a concerning reading

Hello There,

if got a Question to a reading of HWInfo. It`s about the "CPU-Gehäuse" or in english "CPU-Die (average) Temps.
What does this mean?
Average temperature of all sensors in the CPU die (filtered with the thermal constant)".
This is the explanation, but i don`t understand it.
Or perhaps i do?
The 120°C was a reading of 1 of dozens of Temp sens, in the CPU Die.
Am i right about this? Or am i totally wrong.
When this is true........
I`m a bit worried about the 120°C Temp reading, on an 7800X3D.

HWiNFO64 CPU Die (Average) Spike?

As you can see from the image below, I had HWiNFO64 open and minimized to tray for a while. Wasn't playing games or anything but when I opened it back up it showed that the Maximum CPU Die (Average) was 104.2c. How could this be possible? As you can see from my other temps from the sensors...
