Wrong and incomplete RAM data

Here I have a HP 835 G8 laptop. Hwinfo seems to be only able to detect some of the RAM information and it got some wrong. It can't show the memory modules and their SPD data. It can't show the real speed (DDR4-3200), but instead shows a wildly inconsistent and constantly changing memory frequency (usually about 800-900 MHz). There isn't any other monitoring software running. And yes, I'm running Hwinfo with full rights.

This is because some notebook vendors lock access to SPD on their systems using proprietary methods and we don't have information about that. They probably don't want others to access this information.
Variable memory clock is expected on later APUs due to power management, HWiNFO shows the correct value here.
