Im having this issue with my 7700X and MSI MAG X670E Tomahawk Wifi

My Power Reporting Deviation is reporting under 100% at idle. Is this typical? It was reporting over 100% last time I looked, and I haven't changed anything.

I must have missed it when I searched it. Thank you for the help. I was concerned my card was frying its self.

I am unsure if this is a bug or if my GPU memory clock sensor is dying. Time Spy reports normal. HWinfo reports crazy memory clock speeds.
