Two things: voltages are within ATX-spec but there can be high current-peaks which we don't see in the logs you have only 8 GB of RAM, "Physical Memory Load [%!" is close to 70% -> there happens "some swapping with virtual memory". Don't know how "sensitive your game for time critical...

One tipp: use standard logging settings and have a look at the log-data with Generic Log Viewer ;)

If problem still exists, do some gaming with "lower graphic settings" to reduce the power consumptions of GPU (and CPU). GPU power should be less 200W, or even better 100-150W. To check if there is a power problem or not ...
