    M.2 used

I know, it's my OCD kicking in. I am updating a panel that displays the status of my system, and I wanted to expand on the storage device info by adding the temperature and space used percentage. Attached is the old panel with just the S.M.A.R.T. status.

OK, I wasn't aware. I'll get it from aquasuite. Thank you for reply.

    M.2 used

It appears HWiNFO is not picking up drive space usage on my system.

    PCH

Am I incorrect in assuming there is only one PCH on a motherboard? I seem to be picking up two very different sensors.

    HWiNFO v6.29-4230 Beta released

Ah, I see it... but it is not selected. Edit: The "Always on top" function works properly with other program's windows, just not the Main panel window.

    HWiNFO v6.29-4230 Beta released

Not sure if I am missing a "keep on top" setting, but the Main panel remains subservient to the Sensor panel even when in focus.

    VPN Detection

I did not think so, but thought I would ask. Just looking for tools to help. Thank you.

    VPN Detection

Is it possible to detect if a VPN is active? I need to suspend my VPN for certain programs, and being of the senior citizen quality, sometimes forget to restart the VPN. If HWiNfo were able to detect VPN status, I could have aquasuite display a flag depending on status. In the attached debug...

Read Task Manager Processes App's Memory Usage?

This may be a silly question, but I don't mind looking foolish in the of chance it is possible to implement. Is it possible to have HWiNFO read a Task Manager's Processes' App's Memory Usage in the Sensor Panel, so I may grab the value to plot it?

HWiNFO mini-thread in OCN Aquaero Ownwers Club Forum

Thought I would post this link to a short thread (2 pages atm) regarding some peoples thoughts on HWiNFO's impact on performance, in case you wanted to add a comment to elucidate.

    ambient sensor

On their about page they list an engineering contact: If you were to suggest a question I could ask (I don't know what to ask), I would be happy to initiate an email to see if they are open to discussions. At $21.50 I ordered one to see what it does.

    ambient sensor

I was looking at this device. It appears to have some communications options, but I don't know if it is anything you can tap into.

    ambient sensor

Are there any ambient sensors on the market from which HWiNFO is capable of reading humidity data?

    Suggestion for Settings panel

I found my Corsair (no making ugly faces) AX1600i requires a 45 second delay at system start for HWiNFO. This allows the PSU to be fully registered and ready to be polled by HWiNFO's initial sensor sweep. If HWiNFO makes it's initial sensor sweep prior to the AX1600i reports as ready, the PSU is...

    PSU with monitoring capability

Which PSUs other than Corsair is HWiNFO able to monitor for power usage? I tried searching the forum, but PSU does not meet the 4 character minimum :shy:

    Corsair ax1600i

A final thought on this issue.? The previous installation I installed Corsair Link 4, because I was working under the impression a "driver" should be installed, but Link NOT running... which was the case. This time I have not installed the Link software at all and HWiNFO is reading the...

    Corsair ax1600i

Lucky me. Last time it was a hardware failure that had me reinstall Windows. This time Windows just puked on me... said it had to reinstall, and I could keep my data files if I wanted. Yay! Windows finished doing its thing, and I am busy reinstalling all my apps now. It is said every...
