    FPS shows zero (the new normal?)

    I use v8.22-5670 on latest Windows 11 Pro. I used to be able to see the fps no matter what I did. Even on the desktop in Windows. How come it only works on fullscreen applications now? Even borderless windowed apps are ignored.

    As subject say. All I can find is the percentage (GPU Fan PWM). Where did the reading for the RPM go?
