The last screenshot is how it should look, certainly. But the other screenshots I posted were seen on previous screen refreshes..

    Unable to download - redirected

Why would I want to download a DOWNLOAD INSTALLER? Specially since it is labeled Safe Browsing? https://docs.google.com/file/d/0ByCM84n1V7VxdWpwcWwzTzlOc1U/edit?usp=sharing That has now changed to clearly mark advertisement - but it wasn't that way before...

Here is a picture of the button I clicked. https://docs.google.com/file/d/0ByCM84n1V7VxUFZ5TWYzT2o2OTQ/edit?usp=sharing Edit: The other two buttons are for DOWNLOAD INSTALLER and DOWNLOAD PORTABLE.

    Unable to download - redirected

I am always very wary of inviting-looking download buttons and looked carefully before I clicked. I was at http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php Under 64-bit, I clicked the green button labeled "Start Download free Version" The URL of the button image is...

    Unable to download - redirected

When I try to update my HWiNFO64, after I click download I get a page that wants to download an unzipper (which I don't need) or something for safe browsing (which I don't need, being well-protected) or MyPony (which is dubious and unwanted). How do I get a download without any unwanted stuff...

HWInfo32 3.55-815 bogus GPU fan speed?

Just updated. I see a new item 'GPU FAN Speed' in Sensors. I'm not sure whether the sensor exists, but I'm puzzled by 80% reading. 80% of what? Also - trivial - you mean 'Fan' not 'FAN' I think.

    Rev 3.50 is beautiful

Is there any way to change the graph's horizontal scale (time interval between readings)? It would be a nice feature, for instance if a person wants to see an overnight curve. It's easy to change the vertical scale, which is very cool.

    Rev 3.50 is beautiful

Appears to be fine, Martin. It's been running for about 8 hours with 3 graphs - no problems at all. Thanks for the fast fix!

    Rev 3.50 is beautiful

I will run that. In the meantime, I ran 4 graphs overnight and the program was grayed out in the morning. From event log: Time stamped 4/28/2010 12:03:27 AM so it hadn't been running very long. It automatically made a dbg file (attached) when Windows 7 shut it down but of course no report...

    Rev 3.50 is beautiful

3.50 is great. I love having the graphs. But there might be a problem? I left 3 graphs running and at some point HWiNFO32 stopped working and had to close (I didn't notice until later). Graphs were grayed out. I think the graphs were running for a few hours. I see that it is possible to...

Weird comparison HWiNFO32 and CPUID Hardware Monitor sensors

Re: Weird comparison HWiNFO32 and CPUID Hardware Monitor sen Yes, the Min fan values have always agreed with CPUID's. Do you feel 1735 and 1054 are reasonable max fan speeds, considering how hot the NB got? I myself would have expected higher. But this is certainly a remarkable PC...

Weird comparison HWiNFO32 and CPUID Hardware Monitor sensors

Re: Weird comparison HWiNFO32 and CPUID Hardware Monitor sen Curious thing. Raised room temperature to 92 F. Your program faithfully tracked the max up to 1735. [CPUID shows max 96428 (bogus?) and 1313. I'm entering problem report at CPUID.]

Weird comparison HWiNFO32 and CPUID Hardware Monitor sensors

Re: Weird comparison HWiNFO32 and CPUID Hardware Monitor sen Well I stupidly forgot to configure it to make a log. Have done that now. I've never been able to stress it enough to make the fan speed up - my games are all just casual 2-D. What makes fan speedup is room heat coming on in the...

Weird comparison HWiNFO32 and CPUID Hardware Monitor sensors

Re: Weird comparison HWiNFO32 and CPUID Hardware Monitor sen I have a plan. Running in debug mode. If CPUID sees a high number I will wait a few seconds, exit, and if my wild guess is right, the number will be there in your log. Debug is a neat feature. (Naturally, ever since I started debug...

Weird comparison HWiNFO32 and CPUID Hardware Monitor sensors

Re: Weird comparison HWiNFO32 and CPUID Hardware Monitor sen Watching the numbers updating, I judge that CPUID Hardware Monitor and HWiNFO32 update at the same rate, looks like about every one second. The current values don't change fast and when they do change it is only by a few RPM. If as...

Weird comparison HWiNFO32 and CPUID Hardware Monitor sensors

Re: Weird comparison HWiNFO32 and CPUID Hardware Monitor sen Unfortunately that is the only reading I have ever seen where the max values recorded were any higher than CPU Fan 1610 RPM Chassis 979 RPM As I remember, the CPU Fan 3947 disappeared even though the program was not shut down. Been...

Weird comparison HWiNFO32 and CPUID Hardware Monitor sensors

Re: Weird comparison HWiNFO32 and CPUID Hardware Monitor sen HWiNFO32 recorded a CPU fan spin up! 3947 RPM. So that is fine. It's not missing anything. CPUID Hardware Monitor saw it as 96428 RPM - haha fan would have flown right off the CPU. :D Unimportant - but can I somehow change the...
