13900K CPU load bug

For some reason hwinfo64 does not show CPU utilization correctly when CPU load is high. It is always more than 100%.
The maximum I have seen is 24,061%.
Very often I see 126-163%.

Are you looking at the CPU Utilization or CPU Utility value?

I read the description that it could be more than 100%.
It is not quite clear why this parameter is in hwinfo, what for. But thank you very much for your help, now I have selected to display total cpu usage.

Because it's the same value as Task Manager shows. It was discussed and explained many times on this forum.
