32 bit version of HWiNFO

Where can I download 32 bit version of HWiNFO from? When I download WWiNFO32 from https://www.softpedia.com/get/System/System-Info/HWiNFO.shtml 64 bit version is downloaded? On the official website https://www.hwinfo.com/download there is 64 bit version only.
Is this program paid or freeware license?

The Installer version will automatically install HWiNFO32 on 32-bit systems and HWiNFO64 on 64-bit systems.
In the Portable package you can find both HWiNFO32 and HWiNFO64.
