87 degree Celsius (Tctl) is safe for AMD threadripper 2990 wx?

I`m Bit confused about my Amd Threadripper 2990wx as it shows 87 degree Celsius in load and 61 degree in ideal state in Tctl column where as ryzen master its 30 degree difference
attaching pics. please provide me some help over this.
CPU Tdie and CPU Tctl has 30 degree difference always.
i`m using deepcool 360 castle liquid cooler ..
