Once an alert is set to run a script or program, the log entry for it is no longer saved in the HWiNFO folder, and is instead saved in the folder with the script or program. If there are multiple different scrips and programs, the logs will be spread out depending on which alert is using which file. The alerts without script references save the log entry in the correct location.
