One more idea.. Try to deactivate the "Periodic polling" option in main Settings - Safety - "CPU Clock Measurement".
Let me know if that changed something.

I disabled the "drive scan" and runs fine. Starts a bit slow (maybe Kaspersky antivirus slows down a bit), but no small freezes anymore. http://vps.computech.hu/d/hwinfo_io2.gif
